By Filling out this application you can submit your application online, upload your artwork and send in payment via mail or over the phone.
Artwork: 3 slide images (include self addressed envelope to have slides returned), send digital files by CD or upload digital files (Click Here to upload your images) All artwork must have date, size of piece and medium description. Digital Images of artwork may be uploaded (Click Here to upload your images) or submitted on a compact disc. Setup: JPEG format, 1200 x 900 pixels (3"x 4") with a 300 dpi resolution. All artwork must have date, size of piece and medium description.

Artists work will be posted online or shown in print. I have read the information contained in this application and agree to abide by the specifications described.
